Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a portfolio of multifamily clients. You will lead Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads strategies, manage budgets, bids, and testing, and craft the narrative behind performance during client calls.

You will build 90-day roadmaps, report on ROAS/CPA, collaborate with an agency-wide team, and drive long-term client growth with clear English communication on live calls with US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A track record of moving ROAS/CPA/pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client; narrate the numbers during client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
