Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, Urgent Care to own paid media for urgent care clients. You will oversee targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the client narrative during conversations.

The role requires 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, and the ability to communicate clearly with US clients on live calls. Remote, full-time with focus on multi-location campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and decide when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
