Midea seeks a seasoned BESS Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of the Utility-Scale Battery Energy Storage System business in Chile markets. You will lead North American market expansion, engage with clients, and drive opportunities to closure with a strong technical sales focus.

The role requires 5+ years in technical sales or business development in energy storage, English fluency, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• 5+ years in technical sales or business development in energy storage.
• Experience with utility-scale ESS; Electrical Engineering background is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, analytical, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and acquire customers in the North American market; assess opportunities and close deals.
• Conduct technical discussions, select product components, and address inquiries.
• Oversee full client lifecycle: lead generation, proposals, relationships, and contracts.
• Ensure timely, accurate commercial and technical proposals meeting client needs.
• Maintain records of opportunities, proposals, contracts, and activities; pursue partnerships.
• Update sales processes and pipeline metrics within the company workflow.
