Statkraft group. seeks a Technical Manager Solar & BESS to oversee technical strategy and decision-making for projects in Chile. The role involves ensuring engineering compliance, optimizing design for PV plants, and leading project engineers across regions.

Ideal candidates will hold an Electrical Engineering degree and have over 10 years of experience in renewable energy, particularly in solar PV and battery systems. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in solar PV, BESS, and renewable energy projects.
• Experience leading teams in technical roles.
• Strong design and procurement experience for solar/storage projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical strategy for Solar and BESS projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Develop Project Engineers across multiple countries.

Conocimientos

Technical leadership

Design of PV plants

Experience in renewable energy projects

Fluency in English

Fluency in Spanish

Educación

Degree in Electrical Engineering
