CS Outsource is seeking a proactive STR Transaction Coordinator to manage end-to-end real estate transactions sourced primarily through Zillow and other online lead channels with a focus on accuracy and speed.

You will coordinate between co-broking agents, buyers and sellers, and third-party vendors, ensuring timely contracting, inspections, and closings while maintaining accurate CRM records and compliant documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience coordinating STR real estate transactions.
• Strong contracts knowledge and closing process understanding.
• Experience with Zillow or similar online lead sources.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail with strong organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with US real estate terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate STR real estate transactions from lead to closing.
• Draft, review, and manage purchase agreements and contracts.
• Manage Zillow-generated leads and follow-ups.
• Serve as central point of contact among agents, buyers/sellers, and lenders, title companies, inspectors.
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, and due diligence tasks.
• Ensure documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Maintain transaction records and update CRM regularly.
• Monitor deadlines, contingencies, and closing timelines.
