House Buyers of America is seeking a remote Transaction Coordinator responsible for ensuring timely acquisitions and dispositions. The role is a contract position, with work hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday. The position offers compensation ranging from $10 to $15 per hour.

Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience in the settlement/title industry, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure acquisitions are processed in a timely manner.
• Act as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process.
• Manage relationships with title companies.
