In this contract role, you'll ensure timely settlements and review contracts while assisting with property marketing and managing relationships with title companies. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry and strong communication skills. The position offers competitive hourly pay of $10-$15 USD.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Great communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely processing of acquisitions.
• Act as a representative for customers throughout the settlement process.
• Review contracts and ensure proper entry into CRM.
• Manage relationships with title companies.
• Assist with property marketing.
• Coordinate with the construction department.
• Support expansion into new markets.
