Huawei Technologies in Chile is seeking a BESS / Solar PV Service Engineer to support service delivery, site commissioning and post‑sales activities for solar systems. You will manage service requests, coordinate with the team, understand project scopes, supervise installation steps, perform commissioning, integration and troubleshooting, and carry out site audits.

Formación

• English proficiency at an intermediate-advanced level (essential).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience with base knowledge of design and power generation.
• Knowledge in project management and time management, balancing multiple projects under tight deadlines and maintaining good relations with clients.
• Microsoft Project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in BESS/Solar PV projects execution, commissioning and post sales of solar systems.
• Manage Service Request tickets for client needs.
• Work within a team to complete tasks and projects in line with established policies and procedures.
• Understand the full scope of work for a given project including supervision installation, cold commissioning, hot commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, acceptance.
• Help to carry out site audits for BESS/solar plant locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.
