Vestas is seeking an Administrative Support professional for a maternity leave cover in Lisbon. The role interfaces with Service Sales Teams in the MED region and ensures smooth information flow while supporting the SAP-driven commercial cycle.

You will prepare service performance reports, work on data quality, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

• Administrative/finance background and/or a degree.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) is mandatory.
• Be initiative-driven, highly motivated, and process-oriented.
• Proficient IT user, including Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Works well with others in an international setting.
• Good understanding of business process improvements.
