Vestas is seeking an experienced Contract Management professional for MED, based in Lisbon. You will lead end-to-end contract operations, manage a team, and coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure service delivery excellence and compliance.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, governance, and performance monitoring to drive improvements and SLA adherence in a hybrid work model from Lisbon.

Formación

• Graduate or post graduate degree in Business, Commerce, or related field with 5+ years of experience in commercial operations will be valued.
• Experience leading teams or supervising operational processes (1–2 years minimum).
• Experience in customer facing roles or cross functional coordination is valuable.
• Fluency in English and strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee complete contract lifecycle operations across case management, shared mailboxes, SAP & Salesforce workflows.
• Ensure timely handling of tickets, emails, follow ups, escalations, and closure of cases in line with SLAs.
• Lead day-to-day team operations including workload allocation, queue monitoring, backlog management, and first time right quality review.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other cross functional teams to resolve queries and documentation gaps.
• Advance process standardization, improve accuracy, and optimize turnaround times.
• Maintain governance, compliance, and documentation standards for contract creation, amendments, renewals, terminations, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate onboarding, skill ramp up, training, and capability assessment for new hires.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, skill development, and training to build team capability.
• Act as escalation point for complex contract issues and cross-team coordination challenges.
• Ensure cases are logged, tracked, and reported with data quality and transparency.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly dashboards on SLA performance, case volumes, backlog and quality metrics.
• Support audit activities, RCA investigations, and risk mitigation actions.
