APPLY is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead telco digital products across self-service channels and enterprise apps. You will shape strategy, roadmaps, and requirements in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Based in LATAM with flexible hybrid/remote options, you will drive ROI through data‑driven decisions, manage stakeholders, and mentor teams to deliver high‑complexity products in fast‑changing environments. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Product Management or similar at senior level.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience building digital products in the Telco industry across listed domains.

Responsabilités

• Build and champion product strategies and vision across client engagements.
• Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to shape requirements and end products.
• Create product plans and roadmaps with executive buy‑in.
• Prepare and review product requirements documents (PRD) ensuring all types are understood and communicated.
• Organize product releases and priorities to maximize business value.
• Define measurement plans for digital products and track end-user impact.
• Ensure requirements meet specifications, defects resolved, and ready for launch.
• Expand product base through data‑driven insights and informed recommendations.
