Job summary

Motum is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to own features end to end within a fully remote, US-based team. You will collaborate closely with design and the founders, move fast, and care about user experience and outcomes as much as the code.

This startup role requires a startup mentality, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias to ship. You will work remotely from LATAM with English proficiency and start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Angular, NestJS, and Postgres in a full-stack role.
• Strong full-stack experience shipping user-facing product end to end.
• Genuine product sense and user-focused decision making.
• Bias to ship and comfort with ambiguity at early stage.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end: scope, build, ship, measure, and iterate.
• Partner with design and founders to translate user problems into product.
• Obsess over UX, quality, and the details that build trust in a sensitive product.
• Use data and user feedback to decide what to build and what to cut.
• Help shape product direction beyond ticket-level work.
• Build responsibly with health data considerations.
