Prodapt is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager for LATAM, based in Santiago. You will lead growth across Latin America, driving new logos and expanding our IT services footprint, including digital engineering and managed services, with CIO/CTO level engagement.
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborate with delivery and pre-sales, and represent Prodapt at regional events to strengthen market presence and drive revenue.

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to lead Prodapt's growth across Latin America, based out of Santiago. This role is central to expanding our IT services footprint — including digital engineering, managed services, network/telecom solutions, and enterprise IT consulting — across key LATAM markets and multiple industry verticals.
You will be responsible for generating new logos, growing strategic enterprise accounts, and building long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT decision-makers across the region.
