DXC Technology seeks a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead enterprise ITSM/ITOM implementations across LATAM. You will guide technical teams, design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, and collaborate with clients and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable architectures.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of strong ServiceNow consulting and technical implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading technical implementation and support teams.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) - Mandatory
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development, ITSM modules, ITOM, Observability, and integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server).

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical teams responsible for ServiceNow implementations and support services.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and governance throughout project lifecycles.
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and solution architecture.
• Configure and customize the full ServiceNow ITSM suite (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management).
• Implement and support ITOM capabilities with emphasis on Observability.
• Develop and manage integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server).
• Design and enhance ServiceNow portals and digital experiences.
• Support CMDB governance, architecture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop workflows and process orchestration using Flow Designer.
• Participate in presales activities, solution definition, and effort estimation.
• Support Agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
