DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead and mentor delivery teams across LATAM.

The role requires deep ITSM/ITOM expertise, strong consulting skills, and hands-on ServiceNow development, integration, and governance across enterprise environments. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients and architecture teams to design scalable solutions, implement Observability, and guide presales activities while delivering high-quality service delivery in Chile or

Formación

5-7+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of strong ServiceNow consulting and technical implementation experience.
Proven experience leading technical implementation and support teams.
CSA (Certified System Administrator) - Mandatory
Strong experience in: ServiceNow platform development and scripting across ITSM/ITOM, Integrations, Portal/UI, CMDB governance.

Responsabilidades

Lead technical teams responsible for ServiceNow implementations and support services.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and governance throughout project lifecycles.
Design, develop, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and solution architecture.
Configure and customize the full ServiceNow ITSM suite including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management.
