DXC Technology is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join the LATAM team. The role combines hands-on ServiceNow expertise with leadership of delivery and support teams across enterprise environments.

You will work as a technical reference for customers and delivery teams, configuring ITSM suites, integrating external systems, and driving observability initiatives within ITOM. Fluency in Spanish and willingness to relocate within LATAM are valued.

Formación

• 5–7+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow consulting and implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading technical implementation and support teams.
• CSA mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical teams for ServiceNow implementations and support.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and governance across lifecycles.
• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements and solution architecture.
• Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset).
• Implement and support ITOM with Observability focus.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Server.
• Design and enhance ServiceNow portals and digital experiences.
• Support CMDB governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
• Participate in presales, effort estimation, and proposals.
• Support Agile delivery and continuous improvement.
