• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent demonstrated experience in sales operations.
• Solid experience in sales operations or revenue operations with Salesforce proficiency.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Deep understanding of sales operations processes including sales cycles, CRM applications, forecasting, territory management, and quota administration.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with ability to identify trends and data-driven solutions; comfortable with AI-assisted analytics tools.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel and proficiency across Microsoft suite.
• Strong project management capabilities with training and facilitation experience; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively; handles confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the go-to-market representative for the Sales Operations team and provide user support on Salesforce and other critical tools.
• Implement and enforce processes and tools that maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop sales analytics and management dashboards for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Create and maintain internal controls, system documentation, and the Sales Operations Manual.
• Manage ad-hoc reporting while serving as subject matter expert on reporting tools and AI-powered analytics.
• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless information flow across systems.
• Provide sales support, training and project coordination while ensuring customer satisfaction.
