Improvado, a marketing data platform for enterprise brands, seeks a RevOps leader to own revenue measurement, from Salesforce to invoicing. You will work with analytics to read data models, spot issues, and guide changes. Daily AI-agent interactions will complement a lean, high-output team.

You’ll manage ARR, bookings, renewals, and billing with Finance, ensuring data integrity across the revenue stack and driving accurate leadership reporting.

Formación

• 4–6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org.
• Experience running money side: contracts, invoicing, collections.

Responsabilidades

• Own Salesforce configuration, release process, and user access; manage integrations.
• Keep CRM data clean with guardrails and license management.
• Maintain RevOps SOPs and train new hires.
• Own ARR, bookings, and invoicing processes across contract to cash.
• Audit invoices, chase unpaid ones, and assist quarterly reports.
• Build leadership dashboards and document metric definitions.
