Job summary

Improvado is seeking a Senior RevOps professional to own revenue operations across Salesforce, GTM systems, and contract-to-cash. You will streamline ARR, bookings, invoicing, and revenue data models, working with Finance and Leadership to drive accuracy and insights.

You will collaborate with analytics to produce quarterly CRO reports, dashboards, and pipeline coverage, while applying AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and improve data quality across the revenue stack.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS, with hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce configuration, release process and user access, plus integrations.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and licences/renewals.
• Own ARR, bookings logic, and ensure consistency across contracts, opportunities and invoices.
• Lead quarterly revenue analytics packs and CRO reporting; track funnel and attribution.
• Build leadership dashboards and provide recommendations with clear ownership.
