EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Python Backend Engineer to lead the Agentic AI initiative, building advanced custom agents and connectors for Google and AWS AI services. You will design scalable solutions that integrate with complex systems and meet evolving requirements.

You will collaborate across teams to deliver production-ready backend capabilities, maintain robust REST APIs, and mentor engineers while adopting cloud-native practices including Docker and Kubernetes.

Formación

• 3+ years of Python backend development with cloud frameworks AWS or GCP.
• Strong debugging skills for production systems.
• Experience with scalable architecture and evolving requirements.
• Research mindset to evaluate and apply new technologies.
• Collaborative in agile teams and mentoring teammates.
• Cloud Native Development including containerization and orchestration.
• REST API design with authentication, error handling, and versioning.
• English level at B2 or higher.
