The role emphasizes strong Python expertise with FastAPI, Asyncio, and microservices, plus experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, and CI/CD. Excellent English communication is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in backend development.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build backend services that meet performance, scalability, and reliability benchmarks.
• Contribute to architectural discussions shaping system direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across services.
• Lead code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance and reliability issues.
• Support deployment and operational health of cloud-based applications.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices, tooling, and workflows.
• Participate in planning to estimate scope and effort for initiatives.
• Provide mentorship to engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
