Watergenics GmbH is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for mining with 8+ years of experience to drive growth in Chile and Peru. The role blends strategic sales, technical credibility, and field execution, engaging with decision-makers across operations, metallurgy, and environmental teams.

You will own territory expansion, drive complex sales cycles, and convert technical insight into commercial value, while traveling to mine sites and maintaining executive-level relationships.

Formación

• 8+ years in mining sector with a track record in technical or solution-based sales.
• Proven success managing large accounts and closing complex deals.
• Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to mine sites and operate across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop mining accounts in Chile and Peru, including strategic accounts with multiple operations.
• Build pipeline, manage sales cycles, and convert opportunities into contracts.
• Engage credibly with metallurgy, process, and environmental stakeholders.
• Translate water-related operational challenges into commercially viable solutions.
• Build relationships on-site to accelerate opportunity development and deal progression.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments across operations, procurement, and leadership.
