Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Water Technical Lead based in Santiago de Chile to drive mining and water project delivery across the Latin America region. The role directs multi-disciplinary teams, leads proposals, and collaborates with clients to shape strategic technical solutions and business growth.

You will work with senior leaders to develop market strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence across projects in water, environment, and mining sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of experience in mining/wate­r sectors.
• Proven knowledge of mining markets, trends, and clients.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead mining and water practice and business development in the region.
• Direct projects as program/project/technical lead with client communication and delivery focus.
• Lead major mining and water project pursuits and proposals in Chile and Latin America.
• Support senior leaders in developing business strategies for mining and water in the region.
