AECOM in Santiago de Chile seeks an experienced Mine Closure Project Manager to lead mine closure and remediation projects across LATAM, developing opportunities and coordinating multidisciplinary teams of engineers, scientists and technicians.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, safety leadership, client relationship skills and a proven track record delivering major projects on time and on budget, with mentoring of staff and active business development in the tailings and closure

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 8+ years of related experience in mine closure/remediation/reclamation.
• Proficient with MS Office; excellent knowledge of Excel and Word.
• English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement mine closure plans and remediation solutions for clients in LATAM.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet regulatory requirements and project objectives.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables; review studies and regulatory submissions.
