Hire Overseas is seeking a Senior HR Director to build the people function from the ground up, owning talent acquisition, executive recruiting, organizational design, and performance management. This role operates remotely with US CST business hours and reports to senior leadership as the sole HR resource.

You will headhunt C-suite and senior leaders, design scalable HR processes, and drive an accountability culture across distributed teams, including cross-border employment frameworks.

Formación

• Senior HR leadership in a growing org.
• Proven executive search for C-suite roles.
• Experience with US employment practices and cross-border teams.
• Strong business judgment on headcount ROI and metrics.
• Excellent English (spoken and written).
• Self-managing with ability to build HR processes from scratch.
• Willing to work US Central Standard Time hours.

Responsabilidades

• Own recruitment at all levels, including executive search, to scale to 80–100 employees.
• Lead executive searches and close senior candidates (COOs, CMOs, VPs).
• Plan headcount with business leaders to anticipate needs.
• Design onboarding/offboarding for productivity and compliance.
• Define KPIs and quarterly check-ins for accountability culture.
• Address fit issues with documentation and transitions where needed.
• Build career paths and develop managers’ leadership capabilities.
• Lead organizational design during scale and evolving structures.
• Handle employee relations promptly with fairness and discretion.
• Maintain policies and handbook aligned with US regulations.
• Manage US employment law compliance across distributed teams (EOR/contractors).
• Lead change initiatives with clear communication and enforcement.
