Power Digital is a growth-focused AI-enabled firm seeking a senior marketing leader to own a portfolio of core accounts, including founder-led brands. You will utilize the Nova ecosystem, drive quarterly reviews, and build a prioritized roadmap aligned with client resources.

You will manage senior relationships, develop measurement infrastructure, and coordinate across paid, SEO, and content campaigns. The role offers a fully flexible work model and growth opportunities within a rapidly

Formación

6+ years in marketing or related field.
Experience working with founder-led businesses and fast-moving decisions.
Ability to build from scratch: no brand guidelines or historical data.
Experience with crowdfunding-to-DTC transitions and scalable acquisition.

Responsabilidades

Own a portfolio of high-potential accounts and drive growth across strategy, messaging, channels, and measurement.
Build and manage senior client relationships, including founder-level contacts, with board-ready updates.
Develop measurement infrastructure, establish baselines, and optimize campaigns across paid, SEO, content, email, and creative.
Coach analysts and specialists; manage 1–2 direct reports and conduct regular performance reviews.
