Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 8–10 years of relevant experience in Project Controls with emphasis on planning and scheduling.
• Experience with EPC planning, scheduling, and cost control in mining or heavy industry.
• Ability to develop EPC schedules from scratch and analyze schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth schedule analysis of contractor and master schedules.
• Update and maintain the project master schedule.
• Establish control and monitoring milestones for the total project.
• Issue alerts of possible changes in quantities or works on the ground that may affect the cost and deadline of the project.
• Develop, implement, and maintain resource loading and schedule leveling.
• Collect schedule details from all disciplines and contractors, identify and resolve constraints.
• Develop and issue reports; support schedule recovery plans.
