CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. seeks a remote field-based role based in Santiago, Chile, to drive overseas market development and expansion for the company’s products.

You will manage customer development, business communications, negotiations, and maintain key relationships while traveling regionally as needed. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in science or engineering, with experience in new energy markets, strong English skills, and excellent communication

Formación

• Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in a science or engineering discipline, or with relevant industry marketing experience.
• Overseas market resources and industry experience in the new energy sector preferred.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; fluency in the local language of the target market.
• Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and expand the company's products in overseas markets; manage customer development and negotiations to hit sales targets.
• Assist distributors/partners in market expansion planning and summarize marketing activities.
• Monitor industry dynamics, regulations, and market trends.
• Plan overseas market development strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead full-cycle international market expansion: prospecting, engagement, negotiations, and client files.
• Provide strategic recommendations on market penetration roadmaps for distributors and alliances.
• Regularly review marketing performance and field intelligence.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive strategies, regulatory environments; generate insights.
• Develop long-term strategic plan to promote sustainable market presence.
• Create and organize localized materials; ensure culturally appropriate, linguistically accurate, and compliant.
