CATL in Chile seeks a Senior Project Developer to lead end-to-end energy storage project development across South America. You will drive opportunities from early screening through RtB, coordinating with engineering, finance and external consultants.

The role requires 5+ years in energy/power, strong M&A experience, a Master’s degree, and exceptional stakeholder negotiation with councils and government agencies.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in energy/power sectors, covering project development and engineering management.
• Proven track record in South America energy storage project development or M&A.
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze regional electricity market structures and price trends.
• Identify and screen energy storage opportunities from pre-RTB to RtB.
• Lead site selection, grid access applications, permitting and M&A inputs.
• Manage land acquisitions and stakeholder relations with councils and officials.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance and legal to minimize project risks and manage budgets.
• Oversee grid connection processes with technical teams.
