Apiux Tech in Santiago, Chile, seeks an experienced Industrial BPM/Process Engineer to analyze, map, and optimize operational processes for the Integrated Operations Programme (IOP), ensuring standardization, traceability, and efficiency in collaboration with international technical and scientific teams.

You will document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational transformation for ESO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in BPM, Process Mapping & Discovery, Process Gathering & Documentation.
• Practical knowledge and application of BPMN 2.0.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Basic working knowledge of Python and Linux/Shell.
• Hands-on experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi, MagicDraw, Camunda, or Microsoft Visio).

Responsabilités

• Gather and document operational processes through interviews, field observations, and collaborative workshops.
• Map and model As-Is and To-Be processes using BPMN 2.0.
• Drive continuous improvement opportunities using BPM and Lean Management frameworks.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain process repositories.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses to support process optimization initiatives.
• Support methodology reviews to ensure high quality and full traceability across all process models.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (Mandatory).
