APIUX seeks a Process Improvement Analyst to map, model, and optimize operational processes for an international ESO collaboration. You will document As-Is/To-Be processes using BPMN 2.0, drive Lean improvements, and support cross-functional teams in a complex environment in Antofagasta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience in BPM, Process Mapping & Discovery, and Process Documentation.
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document operational processes through interviews, field observations, and workshops.
• Map and model As-Is and To-Be processes using BPMN 2.0.
• Drive continuous improvement using BPM and Lean frameworks.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain process repositories.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses to support optimization.
• Support methodology reviews for high quality and traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
