Zusammenfassung

APIUX is seeking a Process Engineer to analyze, map, and optimize operational processes for the Integrated Operations Programme (IOP) supporting ESO. You will document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive transformation in collaboration with technical and scientific teams in a complex, international environment.

Location: On-site in Antofagasta, Chile; Work Shift: 8x6 (8 days on-site / 6 days off in Santiago).

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of professional experience.
1+ year in BPM, Process Mapping, and Documentation.
Practical knowledge of BPMN 2.0.
Proven track record in continuous improvement.
Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
Working knowledge of Python and Linux/Shell.
Experience with Bizagi, Camunda, Visio or similar tools.

Aufgaben

Gather and document operational processes via interviews and workshops.
Map and model As-Is and To-Be processes using BPMN 2.0.
Drive continuous improvement with BPM and Lean methods.
Prepare technical documentation and maintain process repositories.
Perform cost-benefit analyses to support optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
Ensure high quality and full traceability across models.
