Jobgether, a partner company, seeks a Traffic (User Acquisition) Team Lead based in Chile for a fully remote role. You will helm multi-channel growth across PPC and affiliate marketing, combining strategic leadership with hands-on optimization to scale acquisition and profitability.

As a hands-on leader, you will mentor PPC and Affiliate Managers, own budgets, monitor CAC/ROAS, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting across GA4, Mixpanel, and affiliate platforms while driving measurable

Qualificações

• 3+ years in performance marketing or UA
• Minimum 1 year hands-on PPC management
• Minimum 1 year hands-on affiliate management
• 1 year leading or managing growth/traffic team
• Remote work capability and team leadership

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach PPC and Affiliate Managers, set KPIs and testing roadmaps
• Manage acquisition budgets, CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and forecasting
• Oversee PPC campaigns: bidding, structure, targeting and optimization
• Drive affiliate partnerships, negotiations and traffic diversification
• Develop and scale new acquisition channels with profitability focus
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across GA4, Mixpanel, and affiliate systems
• Monitor traffic quality and combat fraud across platforms
• Communicate results and risks with stakeholders
• Hands-on campaign execution and troubleshooting when needed
• Automate reporting and testing frameworks to boost efficiency
• Prioritize high-value initiatives and reallocate resources
