Our team in Northern Germany seeks a Junior Sales Manager to drive operational sales and business development in the territory. You will identify market potential, acquire new customers, and create budgets and forecasts while building sales concepts and negotiating contracts.

You will work from home in your sales region with occasional travel to meet targets and participate in trade fairs. A degree in engineering or sciences and good English are preferred.

Formación

• University degree or comparable qualification in engineering or natural sciences.
• Some experience in sales of technical products is a plus.
• Strong communicator with good English command.
• High level of commitment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all aspects of operational sales in your territory.
• Identify market and sales potential.
• Acquire new customers with hunter mentality.
• Create budgets and forecasts for the territory.
• Develop sales concepts and advise and support customers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage CRM data in Salesforce.
• Travel as required to meet sales targets.
• Participate in trade fairs.
