SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to deliver outstanding technical support via emails and chats, build strong customer relationships, and stay current with evolving tools and technology. You will handle sensitive customer data with care and work with developers and cross-functional teams to meet KPI in a fully remote, international environment.

Ideal candidates have excellent English (C1), prior tech support experience, VPS setup and Windows Server administration

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (C1).
• Experience in a technical support role.
• Experience with VPS setup and management.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with TradingView, TradeStation, NinjaTrader.
