Sweet Epic Travels is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary client contact from home. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service across channels, handling inquiries, and driving outbound sales efforts while maintaining HIPAA-compliant practices.

You will negotiate terms, support sales administration, analyze client data, and collaborate with marketing to boost engagement and retention in a fully remote setup.

Formación

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with client interaction
• Strong negotiation and multilingual communication; bilingual a plus
• Familiarity with sales administration and data analysis
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is desirable
• Excellent customer service with HIPAA awareness
• Able to work independently in a remote setting with high productivity
• Multilingual capabilities to serve diverse client populations effectively

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main liaison for clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels
• Manage client inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions
• Conduct outbound telemarketing efforts to promote services and identify new sales opportunities
• Negotiate terms and solutions with clients to meet their needs while aligning with company policies
• Support sales administration tasks such as processing documentation, updating records, and tracking client interactions
• Analyze client data to identify trends, improve service delivery, and recommend tailored solutions
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance client engagement and retention
