Core Code io is seeking a highly organized Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. You will manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with general ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of month-end and year-end closing.
• Experience with AP/AR processes.
• Remote work ability and proactive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Record and review daily financial transactions and journal entries.
• Maintain general ledger and supporting documentation.
• Conduct reconciliations of bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with AP/AR processes and invoice reviews.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Identify process improvements for reporting accuracy.
• Maintain confidential financial information.
