Core Code io in Chile is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist with reconciliations and reporting. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of accounting principles, is accurate, and can work independently in a remote setup.

You will process invoices, handle accounts payable/receivable, perform light month-end tasks, and contribute to financial statements with supervision.

Formación

• Degree or relevant coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience with financial transactions, reconciliations, and records.
• Strong computer and digital skills, including spreadsheets and accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Record and process daily financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and prepare financial reports as needed.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in records and transactions.
