Core Code io is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support daily AP activities and maintain accurate financial records. You will process invoices, prepare payments, maintain vendor accounts, and assist with reconciliations, while ensuring timely and accurate data entry.

The ideal candidate has experience with invoices, payments, vendor records, and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems. This remote-friendly role requires attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Formación

• Prior accounts payable experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and process vendor payments according to schedules.
• Maintain and reconcile vendor records and statements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
