100Hires is hiring an Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle for our HR SaaS platform. You will conduct live demos, perform deep discovery, and tailor outreach to each lead, all in a fully remote environment.

You will map customer pain points to our features, write effective follow-up emails, and host webinars to educate prospects. A strong English ability and CRM diligence are essential.

Competenze

• 1 year of experience selling B2B SaaS software, ideally with $2K-$10K ACV.
• Excellent spoken and written English and comfortable with fully remote, async communication.
• Strong live demo skills and objection-handling abilities.
• Quick learner with ability to deeply understand 100Hires’ product and use cases.

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, with live demos and tailored approaches.
• Perform deep discovery to map customer pain points to 100Hires features.
• Write personalized follow-up emails and craft effective outreach sequences.
• Host weekly webinars and record educational videos to assist prospects and customers.
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, ensuring records are complete and opportunities progress.
• Act as an evangelist for 100Hires and drive engagement with leads and customers.
