BairesDev is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead a structure of 200+ professionals across 30 US-based clients. You will ensure KPIs are met, oversee PMs, and drive efficient delivery of large-scale software projects in a fast-growing company.

You will mentor PMs, manage P&L, address delivery challenges, and collaborate with PMO and HRBP to enforce policies. This fully remote role offers strong USD compensation and flexible, globally distributed teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager in IT.
• Experience leading large teams (50+ people) including 3+ PMs.
• Strong IT background and software project management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor teams of Project Managers, ensuring KPI alignment.
• Oversee P&L responsibility and management control.
• Act as escalation point for operational and delivery issues.
• Collaborate with PMO on PM procedures and effectiveness.
• Work with HRBP to enforce HR policies across the team.
• Monitor PM performance; oversee 200+ team members via 5–10 PMs.
• Ensure reporting and escalation methods keep operations smooth.
• Address HR-related matters with HRBP and elevate issues as needed.
• Present complex challenges to Account Managers to support client relations.
• Maintain professional client-PM communication.
