EXP Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our centralized Customer Service & Collections team. This role handles day-to-day customer support and collections for an assigned portfolio, collaborating with Sales and Finance to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, onboarding, credit checks, invoice adjustments, and maintaining collection cadence while ensuring ownership of outcomes.

Formación

• Experience in customer service and collections.
• Fluent English required, both written and spoken.
• Able to work Eastern Time business hours.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to follow standardized processes for credit checks, account holds and collections cadence.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide day-to-day account support.
• Support vendor and customer onboarding.
• Perform credit checks and help maintain credit limits and account holds.
• Process invoice adjustments.
• Manage collections for an assigned portfolio of accounts, following a standardized collections cadence and escalation process.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve account issues.
