HireHawk Inc. is seeking a proactive remote lead-coordinator to manage inbound patient inquiries for a Beverly Hills cosmetic surgery practice. You will respond quickly across phone, text, and email, build trust, and guide prospects toward consultations.

The role requires 2–4+ years in high-touch sales, excellence in English communication, and strong CRM discipline. Weekend coverage and after-hours responsiveness are important for fast patient conversions.

Formación

• 2–4+ years in inbound sales, patient coordination, or high-touch consumer sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a polished style.
• Strong phone confidence for client-facing calls.
• Proven ability to convert inbound interest into appointments.
• Experience managing leads across phone, email and SMS with CRM records.
• High emotional intelligence to build trust quickly without being pushy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong responsiveness.

Responsabilidades

• Own the inbound patient lead pipeline and respond to new inquiries quickly across phone, text, and email.
• Turn qualified interest into booked consultations with trust-building and routing towards next steps.
• Follow up with prospects who don’t book immediately with personalized communication.
• Nurture longer-term leads who need time before scheduling.
• Maintain a polished phone presence for affluent prospective patients.
• Qualify incoming leads and document interactions in the CRM.
