The HubSpot Implementation Specialist will own end-to-end HubSpot implementations, guiding clients from discovery to adoption in a remote LATAM-only setup. You will translate client requirements into scalable HubSpot architecture, configure CRM properties, pipelines, workflows, and dashboards, and manage data migrations with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading HubSpot implementations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into HubSpot architecture.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with data migrations and integrations.
• HubSpot certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations from discovery through delivery and launch.
• Translate client requirements into scalable HubSpot architecture, configuration, and implementation plans.
• Configure and optimize CRM properties, pipelines, workflows, automations, reporting, and dashboards.
• Manage data migrations, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation quality.
• Own project timelines, deliverables, priorities, client communication, and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide strategic recommendations on CRM processes, HubSpot best practices, and scalable solutions.
• Train clients and provide guidance to support effective platform adoption.
