Job summary

Floowi is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid acquisition for a LATAM remote SaaS platform. You will own Meta Ads campaigns, set up robust conversion tracking, and optimize the full funnel from first impression to paid signup. Strong data-driven mindset and experience with SaaS economics are essential.

The role is 100% remote (LATAM-only) with EST-aligned full-time schedule. PTO and U.S. holidays apply; salary is USD and competitive. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• Proven SaaS customer acquisition experience.
• Advanced English required (C1+). LATAM remote work eligible.
• Hands-on Meta Ads management and analytics.
• Experience setting up Pixel, Conversions API and events.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns from scratch.
• Establish and audit conversion tracking across ads, site, and signup funnel.
• Analyze full acquisition funnel to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversions.
• Develop a structured creative testing strategy with data-driven ideas.
• Implement landing page optimization and A/B testing to boost signup and paid conversions.
• Create dashboards to monitor CAC, conversion rates, and key SaaS metrics.
• Identify top-performing audiences, campaigns, and creatives for scaling.
