Job summary

Floowi, a remote-first talent and marketing solutions provider, seeks a Marketing Specialist to join a U.S.-based team. You will lead the development of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and marketing materials, turning technical input into clear, persuasive content under tight deadlines aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.

This 100% remote LATAM-only role offers flexible remote work, paid U.S. holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience producing proposals and marketing materials.
• Advanced English (C1+) written and spoken.
• Experience translating technical details into persuasive content.
• Experience within professional services; real estate/construction a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex proposals from kickoff through submission and interview prep.
• Develop clear, persuasive proposal content from technical staff input.
• Produce high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and brochures.
• Maintain accurate project information across internal systems.
• Identify and implement improvements to proposal processes and templates.
• Train and mentor junior team members as the team grows.
