Job summary

Floowi seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to own acquisition and retention campaigns, transforming messaging into structured programs. You will develop outreach strategies, execute email and social media campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously optimize marketing efforts.

Working closely with leadership, you will organize priorities, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive initiatives from planning through execution. Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing outreach strategies from product messaging.
• Experience managing both customer acquisition and client retention campaigns.
• Hands-on Mailchimp experience with campaigns, segmentation, and reporting.
• Experience managing business accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Strong written English and ability to work within brand voice and messaging guidelines.
• Canva or similar design tools experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach strategies that support new customer acquisition and existing client retention.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp with segmentation, A/B tests, and reporting.
• Manage company social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with content planning and engagement analysis.
• Create and adapt marketing copy aligned with brand voice for prospects and customers.
• Analyze campaign performance and proactively optimize based on engagement and conversion data.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with sales and partnerships, including seasonal campaigns and renewals.
• Report on key marketing metrics such as email performance and audience growth.
