Job summary

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a motivated bilingual recruiter in Chile to identify, attract, interview, and hire candidates across multiple roles. The ideal candidate speaks English and Spanish, excels in communication, and builds strong candidate relationships throughout sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Prior recruiting or staffing experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficient with ATS, MS Office, Google Workspace, and online recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Communicate with candidates in English and Spanish throughout the process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and teams.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background checks as needed.
• Extend offers and assist with compensation discussions and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely updates.
• Attend job fairs and community events to attract candidates.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
