The Global Talent Co. seeks a Growth & Lead-Ops Operator to own a verified-lead funnel through a pre-launch period and launch. This role is execution-first, and you will run the funnel yourself, owning the numbers from day one.

You will manage sourced leads, set up attribution from scratch, optimize CAC and conversion metrics, and iterate campaigns based on live performance data as the launch progresses.

Formación

• Proven experience owning a lead or performance funnel to a number.
• Fintech/financial services lead experience preferred.
• Comfort operating within regulated-marketing constraints.
• Fluency in attribution and unit economics.

Responsabilidades

• Own inbound verified-lead flow end-to-end.
• Select lead sources and run tests.
• Drive cost-per-result improvements.
• Operate through the fixed soft launch on Oct 1, ramping through Mar 31.
• Recommend lead segments and attribution.
• Launch and iterate on campaign tests based on data.
