Confidential Careers is seeking a strategic operations leader to steer one of our key client portfolios. You will drive end-to-end operational excellence, own the P&L, and lead field and logistics teams to deliver measurable results in a dynamic, fast-growing tech-enabled environment.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders, define performance plans, monitor KPIs, and implement initiatives that optimize cost-efficiency and service quality across Latin

Formación

• Leadership in operations and strategic management.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Strong financial understanding to optimize processes and profit.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or retail/eCommerce is desirable.
